1link Vehicle Network is an industry leading e-commerce platform used by Europe’s vehicle fleets and manufacturers for the procurement/sale of new vehicles.
I was responsible for the total overhaul of Vehicle Network which was chosen to form the initial template for redevelopment of the entire 1link product portfolio.
Research using focus groups and survey data was key to the success of the platform’s new design. The advanced requirements and conditioned behaviors of existing users could not be compromised but I identified that a more functional, intuitive and engaging interface was essential to ensure new user engagement.
Working with product managers, engineers and members of the product support team, I designed an engaging interface with an emphasis on consistent design patterns and efficient user journeys.
