Gravity is an MVP that enables employees to promote their company’s job openings on various social media platforms and, in doing so, earn rewards.
Despite its popularity, Gravity was in desperate need of a UI refresh. However, during the research stage of this process, it became apparent that a significant restructuring of the product would also be necessary. Working directly with the dev team, I re-architected the platform to streamline user flows and created a new design system with a focus on enhancing perceived affordance.
The previous, clunky interface has now been replaced with visually compelling but intuitive design that draws attention toward key functions and guides the user swiftly through efficient processes.
